Processing Time
- ▸ Orders before 2pm EST: Processed and shipped the same business day.
- ▸ Orders after 2pm EST or on weekends: Shipped the next business day.
- ▸ Holidays: Orders placed on US federal holidays ship the following business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package on our carrier's website or through the link in your email.
If you haven't received your tracking info within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments. The carrier is selected based on the best combination of speed and cost for your location. If you have a carrier preference, let us know in the order notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.
