Our Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. No restocking fees. No questions asked.

Return Conditions

  • Time limit: Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items should be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. We understand products get opened — that's fine.
  • Proof of purchase: Please include your order number or packing slip with the return.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at support@directdiscountdrop.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Receive Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier location.

Get Refunded

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damage to support@directdiscountdrop.com and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Refund Timeline

  • Return received: We'll send you a confirmation email when your return arrives at our warehouse.
  • Inspection: 1–2 business days to check the item condition.
  • Refund issued: 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card to show the credit.
